Surgery and Inpatient Renovations
Little Company of Mary Hospital, Evergreen Park, IL
Anderson Mikos Architects was the architect for phased major renovations of two different areas of the South Pavilion, an older building at Little Company of Mary Hospital.
The first project was a 68-bed inpatient nursing unit renovation. The project enlarged the patient rooms, standardized patient care support spaces and upgraded the interior finishes and services.
The second project enlarged and updated eight operating rooms and adjoining surgical support spaces to state-of-the-art standards for services, equipment and finishes.
Project Delivery Approach: Both projects were completed through use of a construction manager with a guaranteed maximum price contract.
