ICU Renovation and Expansion

Anderson Mikos Architects, ltd. was retained to assist with a modernization project at Condell which is the only Level 1 Trauma Center in Lake County. The 50,700 sf project included 26,800 sf of new space added to the existing 5 West Tower, bringing the total bed count for inpatient medical and surgical units to 34 patient beds, a six bay dialysis unit, and total renovation of the existing ICU unit. Renovations to the existing 17 bed Intensive Care Units included modernizing features and upgrading equipment.
